COVID-19: Resort Update
Our resort will still be open for boarding reservations throughout the duration to provide a safe and Fear Free environment to board your pets in case of emergency, sickness, or travel. Our staff will be following very strict social distancing protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. A resort employee will give more details upon reservation request.
Dog Training Classes are being postponed until the “Essential Business Only” lock down has been lifted. Laura will be in touch with further information upon request.
Dog Grooming reservations will be postponed until the “Essential Business Only” lock down has been lifted. Carla will be in touch with further information upon request.
Doggie Day Care will be postponed until the “Essential Business Only” lock down has been lifted. Our Day Care Team will be in touch with further information upon request.
If we do not have any animals in our care, our entire staff will be following the quarantine regulations. This will mean that there will be no access to the facility for tours.

We now have an online pharmacy-we are recommending all clients make an effort to use this platform to eliminate the need to travel into the hospital and put themselves at risk while the state remains under this quarantine. We also have been experiencing issues getting certain drugs and medications in so this should help eliminate that issue.
We urge all clients to email us a list of problems and concerns prior to coming in for a visit when possible. If you are coming to the hospital for an appointment please give us a call when you have reached the parking lot. We will confirm your reason for visit and obtain a medical history over the phone. If you have not emailed a list of concerns we will take that list over the phone at this time. A technician will come to the car and retrieve your pet. Your pet will receive its exam and treatments and a doctor will contact you via phone to go over any findings prior to your pet being taken back to the car. You will be instructed to call the hospital and choose option 4 to make a payment over the phone. We will only be accepting credit card payments at this time. our surcharge is being waived to help our clients limit contact with staff and vice versa. We want everyone to stay healthy and this includes pets and people alike!
